Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and pk3y5 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pk3y5.cam and all related services, products, games and functionality offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a wager or accepting a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the pk3y5 platform.

pk3y5 is operated by an entity licensed under an applicable international gambling jurisdiction. It is not licensed, regulated, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah.

Pakistani users are advised that gambling may be restricted under applicable local law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on pk3y5, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable licensing jurisdiction, at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active.
• You are acting on your own behalf and for your own account — not on behalf of any third party, entity or organisation.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or permanently banned from pk3y5 or from any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion programme.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent or close associate of pk3y5 or of any of its affiliated entities, software providers or other business partners.

pk3y5 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Platform's reasonable satisfaction.

Account Registration & KYC

Each User may hold only one (1) active account on pk3y5. The creation of multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a restriction, to claim multiple bonuses or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, together with the forfeiture of any bonus balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You must not use a false name, a pseudonym, another person's identity, or any misleading details. pk3y5 reserves the right to request verification of any information at any time.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point where the Platform deems it appropriate, you will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically involves:

• Submission of a valid, government-issued photo identification document — for Pakistani users, this is typically a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a current passport.
• Submission of a proof-of-address document where required by the Platform or applicable regulations.
• Completion of a liveness check or selfie verification where instructed by the Platform's verification system.

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official, HTTPS-secured verification portal. Under no circumstances should you transmit copies of your CNIC, passport or other sensitive documents via unsecured channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, email or any third-party messaging application. pk3y5 will never request documents through these channels.

Submitting falsified, altered or fraudulent documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms, may violate applicable law (including Pakistan's Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016) and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Terms of Use

By using the pk3y5 platform, you agree to access and use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that:

• You will not use the platform for any commercial, professional or business purpose without the express prior written consent of pk3y5.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, adapt, translate or create derivative works of any part of the platform, including its software, odds data, user interface or content.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scripts or macros to interact with the platform in any way, including for the purposes of placing bets, harvesting data or creating accounts.
• You will comply with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction when accessing and using the platform.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that the outcome of games and sporting events is inherently uncertain. You accept full personal responsibility for all wagering decisions made on your account.
• You will not access the platform if you are a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction or if your access or use would violate the laws of your jurisdiction.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. pk3y5 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance, updates or emergency interventions that temporarily affect service availability. Scheduled and emergency maintenance will be communicated where practicable but cannot always be given advance notice.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets and casino wagers placed through pk3y5:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and accepted when a confirmation notice is displayed or delivered to the User. pk3y5 reserves the right to decline or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced or where odds were published in error.
• Palpable errors: Where an odds error ("palpable error") is identified — including but not limited to mispriced markets caused by technical or human error — pk3y5 reserves the right to void all related bets at any time, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In-play markets: Live and in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. pk3y5 cannot guarantee that any specific odds will be available for the duration of the market window. Accepted in-play bets are binding at the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance.
• Void events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, cancelled or otherwise not completed as scheduled, bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the specific sport-level rules published on the platform. For cricket markets, including PSL and ICC tournament fixtures, the applicable cricket betting rules govern settlement.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed within the betting interface. Winnings in excess of published limits will not be paid. pk3y5 is not affiliated with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket body — references to tournaments are for market-identification purposes only.
• Casino and live dealer games: All casino games operate with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. RTP figures are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. The house edge means the Platform maintains a mathematical advantage over time.

Deposits & Withdrawals

pk3y5 supports a range of payment methods as referenced on the platform, including options familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers through providers including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The availability of any specific payment method, together with applicable minimum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts, processing fees and expected processing times, is displayed in the Payments section of your account at the time of the transaction.

Payment provider names are referenced solely as familiar local options. pk3y5 does not claim that any payment provider endorses, supports or approves gambling transactions through their platforms.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in the name of the pk3y5 account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where this is not technically possible, in which case the Platform may request alternative withdrawal arrangements subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before processing can begin. The Platform aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly but cannot guarantee specific processing times, as these depend in part on payment provider timescales.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the User before processing begins. Once a withdrawal request has entered the processing state, it cannot be reversed.
• pk3y5 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawals of any amount where required by AML obligations or internal risk controls.

Bonuses & Promotions

pk3y5 may offer various promotional incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, refer-a-friend rewards and VIP loyalty programme benefits. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be bet before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, qualifying game types, minimum odds and time limits vary by promotion and are published in the specific promotion's terms.
• Each promotion is available once per person, household, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• pk3y5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would be fundamentally unfair to a User who has already commenced satisfying wagering conditions.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately. Real-money funds are used first. Bonus funds become active in accordance with the rules of the specific promotion.
• Any suspected abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, exploitation of system errors or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

Tier thresholds, cashback rates and benefits described in the VIP programme are illustrative examples. Actual rates and conditions are governed by the current programme terms published in the promotions section of the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk3y5. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in bet voidance, balance forfeiture, account suspension or permanent closure, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration, KYC or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform in any capacity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs or system errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other users in casino games, poker or any other products where collusion may influence outcomes.
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through matched betting, arbitrage or coordinated multi-account abuse.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication or threatening behaviour toward platform staff or other users.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer or interfere with any aspect of the platform's software, data systems or network infrastructure.

Responsible Gambling

pk3y5 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity. When it begins to feel compulsive, distressing or financially harmful, it is important to seek support.

The following tools are available to all registered account holders through account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the total net losses permissible over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic reminders or be logged out after a specified session duration.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a self-selected period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and be prevented from re-registering for the duration of the exclusion.

Suspension & Account Closure

pk3y5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Suspicion that an account is being operated by a person other than the registered account holder.
• Account holder's request for self-exclusion or closure.
• Regulatory instruction or legal requirement.
• Where continued account operation presents an unacceptable risk to the Platform or its users.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and applicable AML checks. Bonus balances are not returned on account closure.

A User may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pk3y5 support via live chat or at the support email address. Accounts subject to active investigations may not be immediately closeable pending resolution of the relevant matter.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk3y5 and its operators, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise.
• Losses resulting from interrupted service, technical failures, network outages, scheduled maintenance or force majeure events beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on odds, market data, game descriptions or other informational content displayed on the platform.
• Any financial, legal or other consequences arising from your participation in gambling in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited under local law.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pk3y5's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pk3y5 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, data structures, user interface elements, odds presentation, game assets and any other material — is the property of pk3y5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, redistribute, commercially exploit, create derivative works from or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

The pk3y5 name, logo and associated brand elements are proprietary marks of the Platform. References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC and other sporting competitions are made solely for sports-context identification purposes. pk3y5 claims no affiliation with, endorsement by or official connection to PCB, PSL, ICC or any sporting body or team.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk3y5 holds its operating licence (the "Licensing Jurisdiction"). The specific jurisdiction is disclosed within the operator's licensing documentation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to account closure, bet settlement, bonus terms or payment processing, shall be submitted in the first instance to pk3y5 support for internal resolution. We will endeavour to acknowledge and respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the applicable licensing authority. Details of the relevant complaints process are available on request from pk3y5 support.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded. Pakistani users should be aware that disputes involving online gambling may be subject to jurisdictional complications under applicable Pakistani law.
